Hello, I am Doug Campbell, a second-generation
REALTOR®
with over twenty-two years of combined real estate experience in California
and
Arizona. In addition
to Selling, Leasing, and Managing property, I have mentored
REALTORS®. I never stop gaining
valuable real estate information and technical knowledge to better
serve my clients. I've achieved national real estate designations
and certifications officially recognized by the

My brother, Scot Campbell, became the
Owner/Broker of the Huntington Beach office of CAMPBELL REALTORS® in
March 1996. Since
then over a thousand properties totaling hundreds of millions of
dollars have been transacted by the company. Scot attained a
Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Finance from
California State University, Fullerton, where he also attended
Graduate Studies in Real Estate Economics. He passed the State
of California Certified Residential Real Estate Exam in 1992. |

Our father,
E. J. Campbell, served in the U.S. Army in Germany until 1949.
After the Service he entered college and graduated from UCLA with a
Bachelor of Science in Business.
He then relocated to Orange County and became a
REALTOR®. In 1957, he obtained a
broker's license and opened his own real estate company in Anaheim,
which he managed for nearly 40 years.
E. J. became one of the first
REALTORS®
in California to obtain the GRI Designation
and a Certificate in Real Estate from the University of California.
He was also a Certified Property Manager for approximately 30 years. |

In the 1970s, E. J. attained a college level teaching certificate to
share his knowledge. After working days, he
taught real estate courses at local community colleges at night.
For
over 50 years he
Sold, Leased, Developed, and Managed property. Before
retiring he trained his sons, to pass on the knowledge gained
over five decades in the local real estate industry. Today he is still
available to his sons for advise. |

Our mother, Vicki Campbell, has been
an Estate Planning Attorney in Huntington Beach for about 30 years.
She has has also been a licensed Real Estate Broker in Arizona and
California. She was the Designated Broker for Campbell & Associates
LLC in Arizona for four years. While no longer a REALTOR, she
continues to serve past client Estate Planning needs and new clients
by referral. Estate Planning encompasses Wills, Trusts, and Probate. |

The ocean view
building on
Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) at 18th Street in Downtown Huntington Beach
has been the company's office for over ten years (our previous HB
office was on Main Street). The current highly visible office is a benefit to both
Buyers and
Sellers; the traffic count on PCH averages 35,000 vehicles per day and
offers easy access with Free Client parking. Because of the prime location,
the property has
been coveted by real estate firms, agents, developers, and others.
The property
is owned/managed by Campbell family members and is not for sale. |

In April 2007 the company name was
officially changed to
COLDWELL BANKER - CAMPBELL REALTORS,
through a franchise agreement with the country's oldest and one of
the world's premier real estate organizations.
